01What we collect

When you send us a party enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred party date, suburb, chosen mascot character and any message you include.

If you choose to pay a deposit online, your payment is processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details — PayPal handles the entire transaction and only shares your name, email and payment confirmation with us.

02How we use your information

We use your details for one thing only: to respond to your enquiry, plan and confirm your party, and deliver your entertainment on the day. This includes sending you an email confirmation when you submit an enquiry and contacting you about your booking.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not send promotional newsletters unless you have asked us to.

03How your information is stored

Enquiry details are stored securely in our website database and emailed to our business inbox so we can respond quickly. Payment records are kept for accounting and booking purposes.

We keep your information only as long as needed to manage your booking and meet our record-keeping obligations.

04Photos at parties

Any photos or videos taken at your party by our team are only ever used with your permission. Photos on our website and social media feature our own costumes, performers and events.

05Cookies

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to remember your preferences — including your cookie consent choice — and to keep the site running smoothly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can accept or decline cookies via the banner shown when you first visit, on any device.

06Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just call, text or email us and we will take care of it promptly.
